Does the gym tracker work offline?
Yes. The app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that runs entirely from your device once loaded. You can log sets, edit weights, and view history with zero signal. When you reconnect, your data syncs automatically to the cloud.
Do I need to install anything from the App Store?
No. On iPhone, open gym.webance.net in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". On Android, open Chrome and tap "Install app". The app behaves like a native one — fullscreen, fast launch, offline-ready — without going through any app store.
Can I track strength progress over time?
Yes. Every completed session is saved to your history with the exact weight, sets, and reps you lifted. The Charts view generates a strength progression line for each exercise, built only from real data — no estimates or projected 1RMs.
What exercises can I log?
Any. The app supports weighted exercises (kg), pure bodyweight moves, bodyweight with added weight (like weighted pull-ups), and timed isometric holds like planks — all tracked in the same flow.
